I hadn't seen her that invested in her school work in a long time. I'm grateful she seems to be so committed to art - my father was an artist himself(not by profession, just by hobby) and I'm happy Piper seems to be carrying on his passion.
Last night was Piper's Christmas concert and her art teacher specifically came up to me to tell me what a great job she did on that project. It reminded me that I wanted to email you to thank you for your part in it.
